Sign in or Register\u201c\u2013 click register.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.vennercorp.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/Hints_Tips.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-462\" title=\"How to setup a Business Ebay Account\" src=\"http:\/\/www.vennercorp.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/Hints_Tips.png\" alt=\"How to setup a Business Ebay Account\" width=\"200\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.vennercorp.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/Hints_Tips.png 200w, http:\/\/www.vennercorp.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/Hints_Tips-150x150.png 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ebay will now present you a form to fill in; you will need to enter the following information;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Business Name (Your registered name, this does not have to be the same as your username).<\/li>\n<li>Business type (Manufacturer, Realtor, Charity, Wholesaler or Distributor, Broker\/Jobber\/Marker Trader\/Dealer, Car Dealer, Other).<\/li>\n<li>Salutation (Mr,Mrs,Miss,Ms).<\/li>\n<li>First name.<\/li>\n<li>Surname.<\/li>\n<li>Street address.<\/li>\n<li>Town\/City.<\/li>\n<li>County.<\/li>\n<li>Post Code.<\/li>\n<li>Country.<\/li>\n<li>Primary telephone number.<\/li>\n<li>Secondary telephone number (optional).<\/li>\n<li>Email address.<\/li>\n<li>Confirm Email address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Click Continue,<\/em> Ebay will then offer you a second form.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Choose your companies Ebay user Id (this is what you will sign in with and buyers will see).<\/li>\n<li>Choose your Password.<\/li>\n<li>Confirm your Password.<\/li>\n<li>Choose a secret question (e.g. your first school).<\/li>\n<li>Your secret answer (the answer to the secret question you selected).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Click Continue.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ebay will now want to confirm your identity by phone, Ebay will phone you and provide a 4 digit code, and you will need to enter this in the box provided.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s it your account is now basically setup and ready to go.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Further Items<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On the congratulations screen click the setup business seller information click and fill in your company details e.g. company registration number \u2013 all this is optional but recommended.<\/p>\n<p>To add your Company logo \u2013 go to the top left of the page, look for hi! \u201cyour user name\u201d hover your mouse icon over your user name.
