Then click Open or Run in the File Download dialog box, and follow the steps in the Fix it wizard. (this will download direct from microsoft)\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div><a href=\"http:\/\/go.microsoft.com\/?linkid=9830947\">Start the Inbox Repair tool for Microsoft Outlook 2013<\/a><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><a href=\"http:\/\/go.microsoft.com\/?linkid=9757459\">Start the Inbox Repair tool for other versions of Outlook<\/a><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>To Manually Run the scanpst locate the correct folder below using Explorer and run Scanpst.exe.\n<ul>\n<li>It is worth noting that the folders may be hidden.
