SD Card duplication

We offer a full SD card duplication / replication service for all types and sizes of SD card

This service is aimed at anyone who wants to sell or supply items on an SD card e.g. software, games, photos, freebies, demos, manuals etc to their customers.

They can be a great incentive to get your name out at exhibition or other promotional events as people are more likely to keep something that they are going to use in their every day life and it makes a nice change from a mug.

The SD card contents can be anything you need – Data, Photos, PDFs, bootable / non bootable and can be formatted for any system you need e.g. Windows, Linux, Raspberry PI, Apple Mac OS.

We aim to make the process as simple as possible, all you need to do, is either supply the files via email or provide a sample SD card. We then take this and put this into our duplication hardware, we will then make as many duplicates as you need.

Artwork for the labels can either be created for you or we can use artwork supplied by yourselves.

Everything is fully customisable, below are some of the various options that are commonly available;

• 10, 8, 4, and 2 (2 is slowest).
• UHS Speed Class 1.
• UHS Speed Class 3.
• SDHC, SDXC, UHS (Ultra High Speed).

• Metallic Labels.

Types of SD Card

• Standard Sized SD cards - measuring 32 x 24mm.
• MiniSD - measuring 21.5 x 20 mm.
• MicroSD - measuring 15 x 11 mm.
