Google have upgraded their recently launched social network with features heavily borrowed from both Twitter and Facebook.
Google have introduced Cover Pictures and trending topics as well as a more dynamic navigation system.
Google + now displays a list on the right have side showing the subjects currently being discussed on the network, this feature is very similar to a feature introduce by twitter a few years ago.
They have also introduced Cover Photos, a feature introduced by Facebook a few months ago.
